When it comes to recognising Customer Satisfaction, Roy Morgan Research has 70 years experience in collecting objective, independent information on consumers.
The Australian-based research organisation collects Customer Satisfaction ratings from approximately 12,000 New Zealanders annually - New Zealand's largest ongoing single source survey.
From these findings, the company presents annual awards which recognise outstanding levels of customer service and satisfaction across a wide variety of industry sectors including Automotive, Banking and Finance, Tourism and Travel, Telecommunications, Utilities, Quick Service Restaurants and Retail.
We are pleased to acknowledge the 2013 Award within the Retail/Hardware Store of the Year category has been awarded to the Hammer Hardware group of stores, of which E Hayes and Sons is the largest.
This award reflects Hammer Hardware's ongoing commitment to excellence in Customer Service and Satisfaction throughout New Zealand.
